How to add new Gateway or Sensor from the app

The following article will show you how to add a new piece of hardware into your account so that it can be used as part of monitoring your location.

  1. Expand the location Menu and select either Add Gateway or Add Device.

  2. Enter or scan the QR Code located on your hardware.

  3. Confirm the details on the hardware being added and enter a descriptive name.

    (lightbulb) Depending on the device type being added you may also be able to select additional Configuration details. You can also adjust these later from Settings.

  4. Select Add to complete adding your hardware.

  5. Once added your new hardware will appear in the device list under your location.
