I’m receiving an alert I no longer want, how do I stop it?
You can stop alert notifications by either removing a contact as a recipient from the alert’s recipients list, by temporarily disabling the alert or by deleting the alert entirely.
Remove contact(s) as alert recipients
To remove a contact from the alert’s recipient’s list, first open the alert for editing via Menu → Alerts and click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the alert you want to modify.
Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the Notify Contact section to open the recipients list for editing
Un-check the desired phone number or email setting for each person on the list who you want removed from the alert. If you leave both boxes unchecked for a contact, that person will not be notified via either method.
Click Save to save your changes.

Temporarily Disable an alert
Open the alerts list via Menu → Alerts and Locate the alert you want to disable.
Click the toggle switch next to the alert to disable it. The switch will move to the left (gray) to indicate it is toggled OFF. This will stop email and text message notifications for ALL recipients.

Permanently delete the alert
Open the alert for editing via Menu → Alerts and click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the alert you want to modify.
Click the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.

Confirm that you’d like to delete the alert.
