Stopping a Panic Button Alert

After a panic button has been triggered, it will continue to report its location on every check-in (typically 10 or 15 seconds) until someone stops the alert from within the application.

To end the alert, pull up the location where the alert is occurring and use the red Stop Alert button shown next to the device information. This will end the ongoing distress call event, prompting the device to stop sending alerts and return to an idle state.

If the red Stop Alert button does not stop the alert, as a backup option, you can manually reset the panic button physically by pressing and holding it for 20 seconds or longer, then releasing. The button will vibrate to confirm it has been reset, and exit the emergency state.
