I invited a Contact but they didn’t receive their invite.

Contacts will automatically be sent an invitation by email after they are added on the Contacts screen. If a contact does not receive this email, try the following:

  1. Double check the email address on the Contact
    Open the Contact’s details on the Contacts screen and double-check their email address. You can access the Contacts scree via ☰ → CONTACTS

  2. Resend the Invite
    Up until a contact accepts the invitation, you will see a Resend Invite button shown next to the Contact details. You can click this button to have the invite email re-sent to the contact. As soon as the contact accepts the invitation and signs up for an account, this button will disappear.

  3. Check Spam / Junk mail folder
    If all else fails, have the contact check their junk/spam folder in their email client in case the invitation email was incorrectly filtered.
