I’m logged in but can’t modify Alerts, Reports or Sensor Maps.

Only users with the Admin, Owner or Can Edit role for a Location are able to modify Alerts, Reports or Sensor Maps for that location. If you are logged into an account that has Can View permissions for a given location, you may see read-only elements and a message asking you to contact the Admin to make any changes.

Remember that the permissions for each location can be controlled individually. Although you may have many Companies & Locations displayed within your account, what you are able to see and to control may be limited depending upon the role granted to you by each location’s owner.
