Reset password for Console users

Reset your Console account password

Your Console login and dashboard logins are the same. To update the password associated with your white label Console login, simply use the Forgot Password link found within the app.

If for any reason you cannot access your Email or do not receive the Forgot Password link, another Console user with Admin access can change your password from the Customers tab for you.

Or if all else fails, contact Support and we can perform this operation for you.
