Sending sensor data to myDevices using Helium

Registering Devices into our Helium instance

This is the easiest way to get your Helium connected sensor usable in the app.

This operation requires us to register your device. In order to do so, we will need you to:

• For the sensors you want added, send us this information for each sensor:

  • Sensor Type (Manufacturer and Model).

  • Device ID (DevEUI).

  • LoRaWAN AppEUI.

  • LoRaWAN AppKey.

➡ Send a Request to us with the above information for each sensor and let us know that you want it registered in our Helium instance. We will then take care of this for you.
