Reports: Panic Button Incident Report

The Panic Button Incident Report shows the details of each incident where a Panic Button was pressed and who was notified.

Example Incident Report

The Panic Button Incident Report contains two sections:

• Header section showing the total number of incidents in the reporting period, as well as the location name and address where the incidents occurred

• Detail section which shows each incident, including

  • Name of the Panic Button which reported the incident

  • Incident Start / End date/time stamp

  • List of contacts (email and telephone) who received the panic button notification

  • Any corrective actions / corrective action notes logged for the associated alert
